Read more about out warranty terms.   Shipping   A standard shipping rate of $100 applies for anywhere in outside Auckland region in New Zealand. No shipping available in Auckland region. All Auckland customers have to visit our store for installation. Please note that shipping will be done only to a workshop address and not to an individual address. Shipping takes between 2 – 5 business days with exceptions to holidays.   Core Charge   A 100% refundable “core deposit” of $750.00 will be added to your order at checkout. Upon receiving your old battery, we will refund the core deposit back to you. Complete cores must be returned within the first 30 days after purchase, Failure to return any complete cores within 30 days will result in warranty being void and collected core chargers will not be refunded.   Note that this applies to shipping orders only. In all other circumstances, the core will be picked up at the time of service, no deposit required. In-store installation available from Monday to Friday by appointment. Please click here to make your appointment.   HOW DO I RETURN MY OLD HYBRID BATTERY?   After the battery has been delivered to you, put the core battery into the original packaging the new battery arrived in and then send it to us.
