Emma Freeman This is a fantastic 3-day cleanse for anyone who’s active and needs a little more sustenance than juice alone. I really liked that it included protein and whole-foods to help keep energy levels steady. The juices, salad, kitchari and smoothie were all incredibly fresh and full of flavour- and made with beautiful organic ingredients. I’ve been experiencing some gut issues lately and this cleanse genuinely helped to calm things down and left me feeling lighter, clearer and calmer. What I really appreciated about this cleanse is how thoughtfully it’s been put together- not just for our bodies, but for the planet too. From the use of glass jars and plastic-free packaging to the composting of fruit pulp and support for local organic farmers, it’s clear that sustainability is embedded in every part of the process.Fiona Noonan Wow- what a cleanse! This was super easy to follow due to everything being delivered straight to the door and fresh and convenient! It was easy to follow and unlike other cleanses that I have had which are juice or soup based only it combined the juices/nut milk with the most tasty salad ever and a beautifully nourishing and warming kitchari! It felt like enough food so that you were not starving and I could still go about my active lifestyle which can be quite tricky when doing a detox! I love the addition of the tea and protein powder- Bravo! Firstly I love the packaging- the jars are awesome for reusing and I really like that they have a recycling program! It arrives in a premium condition compared to others on the market. I love the nutritional focus of the product being not just “meals made for you” but a meals with benefits in a dedicated ‘cleanse’. I’m impressed by the plastic free packaging and minimal waste. The glass jars are a stand out! Their partnership with local organic farmers is also commendable.
