Regular Mitsa Procedure: – Osteotomy site is prepared with Densah Drill -3mm Diameter. – Novabone Putty Nozzle (Size: 3mm) goes into the site and the bone is injected into the site to lift the sinus membrane. – Bigger sizes of Densah Drills are used to prepare the site for implant placement. But during this process, the bone gets deposited on the densah drills – while the drill is in the site. Hence it wastes some of the precious bone. Solution for this Problem: A bigger size Adaptor to fit onto Novabone Putty nozzle was developed compatible for Tappered 4.0mm & 4.3mm Densah Drill. Nova Bone Putty is used now just before the final densah drill. This helps to avoid wastage of Precious Bone.
