CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH 1-29), designed to stimulate the pituitary’s natural growth hormone secretion through transient receptor activation. The “No DAC” means this version does not contain the Drug Affinity Complex modification. Without DAC: CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Mod GRF 1-29, has a short half-life (≈30 minutes) and produces pulsatile, physiological GH release. With DAC: The DAC modification forms a covalent bond to serum albumin, creating a long-acting analogue with a half-life of ≈6–8 days, used in research on sustained GH exposure. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist that acts synergistically with GHRH analogues. When combined, CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin are studied for their complementary stimulation of the GH axis through independent receptor pathways.
