DescriptionAntique Chinese Dehua (blanc de Chine) porcelain figure of a sage seated on a gnarled rock. His hands are folded in his lap and his countenance is serene. His beard is long and he has fine shoes on his feet. White transparent glaze with attractive pooling in the recesses. The figure is of “He Chaozong” with a 17th century impressed double gourd mark and a rectangular seal.
