The little bamboo spoon included for serving was such a cute touch. I’ll admit when I first smelled it after brewing, I was a bit worried the flavour might be too strong, but I was pleasantly surprised. The taste was actually very smooth and not overpowering at all. I really enjoyed having this as a drink before bed. I love their farm-to-cup approach- it really shows in the quality. Everything is done with care, from hand-harvesting and gentle drying to blending and using organic ingredients.
