The ProMaster 11″ articulating arm provides an excellent solution for attaching various accessories to your camera rig or tripod, provided there is a compatible connection port, at nearly any desired angle. It can be utilized for an LCD monitor, microphone, audio equipment, small lighting, or a phone or tablet with the appropriate clamp, among other uses. This arm is equipped with 1/4″-20 male screws and ball heads on both ends. Additionally, it features a pivot joint in the center that employs two opposing rosettes, ensuring a reliable friction mechanism to prevent slippage. A single locking knob allows for quick and effortless adjustments; loosening this knob will release all joints and ball heads, enabling you to find the optimal position. Once you have achieved the desired angle, tightening the knob will secure all joints firmly in place. The included cold shoe and spacer can be detached to expose a standard 1/4″-20 male screw. Alternatively, the spacer can be utilized independently of the cold shoe, revealing a standard 1/4″-20 female threaded port. When fully extended with the cold shoe and spacer attached, the arm measures 11″ from end to end, while it measures 9 3/8″ when straightened without these attachments.
